Deliverable 5.1 – Communication and Dissemination plan

Executive Summary

This document outlines the strategy and the actions that will be undertaken to communicate and disseminate the activities and results of OLIVE-MIRACLE project.
Dissemination activities and promotional materials will be developed throughout the whole project lifecycle to attract and involve stakeholders and the general public through specifically targeted communication activities.
After defining the key objectives, the plan illustrates the general strategy, which identifies the target audiences, the communication channels, the events and the materials to be produced, such as the project website, newsletter, social media, brochures, leaflets and visual/audio.
The document is intended to serve as a guideline for the consortium to effectively manage all the activities, to coordinate efforts and provide standards to ensure uniform communication style. Furthermore, it specifies timeline and responsibilities, and it establishes benchmarks and metrics to evaluate the extent to which the scheduled activities had achieved the expected impact.
